My very first CAMAW! Hope I'm doing this right! lol! Trying to keep a simple menu. I will say this came at a perfect time. I so needed a kick in the pants to get these stubborn pounds off and reach my stretch goal! Have a fun and successful week everyone!

M1) Feta sausage link 2 oz

M2) Cheddar sausage link 2 oz

M3) Feta sausage link 2 oz

M4) 2 oz hamburger ground w/ mild sauce

M5) 2 oz hamburger patty w/ dijon

M6) 1/4 cup Fage

Calories 620 Proteins 69

I am AMAW and my menu will be exactly the same. Except Friday because I will run out of burgers

4 oz chicken breast

precooked chicken breast patty

93% low fat hamburger(Friday I will have 2 all beef hot dogs)

homemade cream of chicken soup

low carb condiments.

If I am AMAW is there anything I can put in my coffee?

I will try and post daily but I did already prep/package/measure my food for the week and this is literally what I will be eating daily :)

You can't do any cream in your coffee... or your soup if you're doing AMAW...

If you are doing CAMAW I think you're OK

Sadly, cream of chicken soup is not AMAW.

Condiments are OK for AMAW, so what about some SF coffee syrup?

nothing wrong with the same menu every day, that is pretty much what I do all the time!

But just to note "Cream" of chicken soup makes you CAMAW and if you are putting anything in your coffee then its CAMAW. Just tell me which one you are doing, no cream = AMAW or cream = CAMAW?

The recipe is cream of chicken and how i normally make it but I adjusted it for this. It is normally way more delicious but I already cooked the chicken so I made it way more boring

Good morning!

I am 5 months out and 241 today. My meal plan had to be hurriedly revised this AM due to a series of mishaps. Best laid plans and all.

B-1/2 cup of full fat cottage cheese

S-2 ounces cheddar cheese chunks

L-3 ounces grilled chicken breast

D-Turkey burger

Due to the revision in my menu, I don't have totals yet. I may do my totals each morning from the day before. Have a good day everyone.
