DAY 1 - AMAW/CAMAW - post your menu here!
Good morning!!! I am almost 6 months post surgery and this is my first time doing CAMAW. Here is my menu for the day, please let me know if anything looks off or should be changed.
B: 1.5 oz of ground pork breakfast patty & coffee with 1/4 cup of 2% milk w/2tsp of fiber powder
S: 1 light laughing cow cheese & 1 Turkey bite
L: 2.3 oz of short ribs (meat only)
S:1 light laughing cow cheese & 1 Turkey bite
D: 3oz chicken thigh-boneless & skinless
S: 1/2 serving of protein shake.
TOTALS: CAL:844 / CARB:16g / FAT:52g / PROTEIN 77g

This could not have come at a better time. My SO and I have decided we need to lose weight before the wedding -- me five pounds and him ten. We agreed on a challenge where if we meet our goals by a certain date then we will get a reward.
I'm at my highest weight of regain and I really want to get it off before it gets out of hand. I started taking colace last night but I might pick up some miralax just in case.
Breakfast - Greek yogurt plain with SF syrup
Snack - turkey sausage
Lunch - ham
Snack - egg, cheese
Dinner - tbd but I'm thinking chicken
Snack - yogurt
All water and vits.

Good morning fellow carnivores! I'm excited to do CAMAW this week. I'm prepping for my plastics and in dire need of a complete reset.I'm looking to get as much protein in as I can in the next 2 weeks. Plastic surgery is ONLY 2 weeks from tomorrow! Gah.
Here is my menu today. Hubby is travelling tonight, so it will be just me and the bairns, so easy enough for dinner.
B: 2 eggs and a slice of 2% cheese. Coffee with SF coffeemate
L: 4 ounces of deli ham and a 100 calorie Greek Yogurt
D: Turkey taco meat with cheddar cheese and a serving of salsa. My kids love this.
S: 1.8oz Prosciutto Panino from Aldi - I LOVE this stuff! Shrimp with reduced sugar ****tail sauce this evening.

Great menu, I always forget about shrimp until others bring it out on their menus! I need more shrimp in my life!
Prosciutto panino! Wow, that looks GOOD! Perfect timing for you with upcoming plastics. You'll zip right through the healing process with lots of protein on-board!

Hi Everyone!
I am doing CAMAW with a start weight of 118 up 2lbs from Friday because I had a crazy-unhealthy-farewell-to-carbs-fest this weekend :( Happy to be back on track for the week!
B: Coffee with 2% Milk; 1 HB Egg; 1oz Cheddar Cheese Cubes
S: 3 slices Chicken Breast Deli Meat
L: 4 oz Instant Pot Crack Chicken
S: 3oz Trader Joe's "Just Chicken"
D: TBD--steak or pork chop!
