DAY 1 - AMAW/CAMAW - post your menu here!

great menu mike, you are going to kill it!
I will have to come back to edit for photos since I am running late this morning and have 5 minutes until my first meeting.
I have packed with me today 5 slices of bacon, 3oz beef jerky, 6oz of grilled chicken (splitting between breakfast and lunch), and 3oz filet mignon. Adding grilled shrimp and pepperoni.
99oz of water in as of 2:40pm Woo Hoo and vitamins are done.
Day 2 of no coffee so far so good. I will have some black if desperately needed.
B: 3oz grilled chicken with 3 slices bacon
L: 4 grilled shrimp and 5 slices pepperoni
D: 3oz filet mignon
S: 3oz beef jerky
I have added shrimp and pepperoni since I forgot I had bags of them at work.

Good morning all!!! Let's start this AMAW/CAMAW!!! Just a disclaimer today will be the only day this week I will be posting in the morning as the rest of the week I am on the road. BOO... God love all of you that travel. I don't mind it but since my travel involves me driving and the governor of Vermont frowns upon texting and driving I guess I will have to abide by his rules....
I also have not pictures to post. I did take a picture of my breakfast this morning maybe later I blow up this post of mine with my pictures as I eat today.
So my food plan as it stands now:
B: Two hard boiled egg whites, three slices of bacon, decaf coffee with fat free half and half
S: I'm thinking either another hard boiled egg white or maybe some slices of peperoni and cheese
L: Slices of Deli Ham and cottage cheese
D: Pork roast and maybe some more cottage cheese
Have great Monday my friends... Ya know I have to say I love saying that! Never really had a lot of friends so it nice to have a great big circle of you...

Good morning meat-eaters! This is my first challenge and I'm doing CAMAW.
Breakfast: egg whites, 2 pieces of turkey bacon
Snack: Fuzzy navel protein shake
Lunch: TJ's Lemon grilled chicken
Snack: 2 oz. turkey breast
Dinner: cod
TOTALS: 500 cal., 100 g protein, 5 g. carb
