I love it and can't believe I have waited over 3 years to try it! My fav is vanilla hazelnut coffee with vanilla premier protein, YUMMMMMMMMM
LOL! I was on of the Premier Pro winners too and when we started this challenge I thought the same. By the way did you get Power Bar shakes from them by mistake? I did and I love the chocolate (so much better than Premier Pro).

I'm doing CAMAW this week and it's combined with my liver-shrinking diet for my upcoming surgery but at least I'm fortunate in that my surgeon's program has me eating solid foods up until the day before...so I can eat plenty of meat & cheese!
16 days until RNY (jeeze I feel like it's really flying now!)
Menu:
B: Coffee w/FF 1/2 and 1/2, Premier Protein
L: Deli meat/cheese rolls
D: Lean bratwurst w/mustard
S: Greek Yogurt, cheese

YAY for meat & cheese right up to surgery! and yahoo on 16 days, in the home stretch now!
Good morning crew!! I am so excited for this week. I went to bed at a reasonable hour and woke up ready to go for bike ride with the club, but it is too cold. I'll do laundry and grocery shopping instead.
I don't know where my phone is, so I have to find it to take pics. I'm hoping to get to the point of measuring my food, but for now, just the basics.
Wt: 136 Normal range 133-135. Always on high end after the weekend with the grandkids and nibbling on their junk food. They eat healthy, but junk too.
Husband Wt: 192 He is also participating, but he is eating unlimited protein and fat and some veggies & some fruit. Like our regular menu but he is stopping all white carbs and junk food.
Meal 1 - pork chops (cooked about 10 in the crock pot, so I just have to brown on the stovetop when ready to eat.)
Meal 2 - Costco broiler chicken
Meal 3 - Canned tuna
Meal 4 - Premier Protein - carmel (finally found some at WallyWorld)
Snacks, Wisconsin dill & garlic cheddar cheese curds & salami sticks
Premier protein in coffee
I was trying to buy some kielbasa or smoked sausage at the store last night but most had added sugar or fructose. 3-4 carbs per 2 ozs. Is that normal? I may have to drive to Dearborn Ham & Sausage Store to get some fresh kielbasa.

great menu! I get a fresh polish sausage and have never noticed sugar, maybe try that.
