Good Morning fellow Meat eaters... I normally haven't eaten this early, but took a friend to the airport at 4am... so being almost 3 hours into my day...is going to make for a very long eating window I am not used to.
Had a high carb day yesterday- even though I ate nothing appearing overtly 'carbs' but a protein bar and too many protein shakes will do it... dense food wasn't my friend, but better get the pouch in order for this week...
I did make my pork carnitas last night. One of the few dishes I always get excited about...but did not prep my usual bag of bacon for our event.
On the road to appointments all day, and meeting friends for dinner but specifically choose a diner because they have everything plus this one has a low carb section of the menu... It is the one I took you to Daisy :)
B: Scrambled eggs with mozzarella cheese
Latte w/fairlife/mct oil
L: Tuna pouch and 2 babybel cheeses
D: Probably Bacon cheeseburger, no bun
S: Fuzzy navel mixed with water(need to keep pre-surgery protein up), pork carnitas - if I am home at all.
EX: Gym strength training
