Hello All,
It's been awhile since I"ve posted on OH, but I've definately had some regain and need to tackle that and get back on track. I just finished and IVF cycle and am super swollen and bloated and thought I should do all meat this week, and lo and behold I login to OH and AMAW is starting! It was meant to be! My starting weight is 222.8 (28 lbs over my goal weight). Time to turn this train around and get back on track! I'll be doing CAMAW. Here's today's menu:
B - Premier Protein & Coffee
L - Ceviche
D - Turkey burger with slice of cheese
S - Cheese stick
No exercise as I'm not cleared for that yet, but lots of water! I look forward to participating, good luck to everyone!

Oh no I forgot the challenge started today and added granola to my yogurt!! Re-thinking the day's menu and will start the challenge now.
