Agreed that coffee must have cream! But how the heck did you miss your coffee today!

Hello All,

It's been awhile since I"ve posted on OH, but I've definately had some regain and need to tackle that and get back on track. I just finished and IVF cycle and am super swollen and bloated and thought I should do all meat this week, and lo and behold I login to OH and AMAW is starting! It was meant to be! My starting weight is 222.8 (28 lbs over my goal weight). Time to turn this train around and get back on track! I'll be doing CAMAW. Here's today's menu:

B - Premier Protein & Coffee

L - Ceviche

D - Turkey burger with slice of cheese

S - Cheese stick

No exercise as I'm not cleared for that yet, but lots of water! I look forward to participating, good luck to everyone!

Oh no I forgot the challenge started today and added granola to my yogurt!! Re-thinking the day's menu and will start the challenge now.

Starting weight 176.6

B-Yogurt w/granola(the last of this for the week!)

L-Orgain vanilla protein shake

S-2oz slice of ham

D-Hamburger patty, cottage cheese

W&V-on track

E-Walk the dog, steps on trail benches

Kristi no worries, just get back to your CAMAW menu and park the granola just for a week!

Great menu (minus the granola LOL)! You are off to a good start for Day 1 and thanks for being honest with us about the granola! You got this girl and looking forward to the next 4 days of your menus!

B: 1 scrambled egg. 2 slices of bacon

L: 3 oz of turkey bread thin slice 1oz mozzarella

S:premier protein shake

D: 3 oz chicken breast. 1 oz broccoli 1 piece sarrento Vermont sharp cheddar

E: about 15000 steps

Totals. Calories 728. Protein 95. Carbs 14

HW:275, Consult Weigh 259 on 8/16
