Thank goodness you posted at the TOP of the menu thread. I totally forgot about C-AMAW. So changing my expected day to be:

B: Premier Protein chocolate with coffee and Miralax, Dannon greek yogurt

L: 2 oz salami, 1 oz cheese, Dannon greek yogurt

D: 4 oz NY steak

S: 1 oz beef jerky, diet cran something in lots of water

Totals: 789 calories, 109 protein, 38 carbs, 24 fat

CAMAW here I am! So excited! Thanks Daisy and have a great Monday everyone!

I know. I can't even know me either ;). Lucky for me, my menu is close to CAMAW usually already. Boy did I have teouble avoiding the peanuts and veggie tray today though. Day one conquered!

Hello fellow AMAW and CAMAW friends!

Not gunna lie, totally forgot about the AMAW challenge and had cottage cheese with chocolate protein powder for breakfast this morning :( at least I didn't get sucked into the French toast that was being made with my farm eggs and my sister's homemade bread!

The rest of your menu is perfect AMAW! Day 1 had a bit of a rocky start but you can do this! Looking forward to your next 4 days of menus, you got this!

Morning and happy meat week. I had court this morning, so no pictures for me. I'll try to do better tomorrow!

B: 3.8 oz chicken breast

S: 2.86 oz ham/string cheese

L: 4.1 oz skirt steak

S: Yogurt before the gym

D: Steak (I think) or BBQ chicken

How ridiculous that I went CAMAW so I could have coffee and I didn't get any coffee today!

Looking forward to a good meat week
