Hello all...I'm so excited to do my first AMAW/CAMAW. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or where I can improve.

5 months post RNY - I'm doing CAMAW (can't live w/o coffee mate)

D: 4 oz Country Style Pork Rib
S: 2 oz Chicken Breast w/ BBQ Sauce

TOTALS: 832 calories, 93 protein, 17 carbs

Starting weight: 193.8

Height 5'5" Sleeve Nov 2011 HW 250 SW 241 Total Lost 70.0 lbs

Convert to RNY January 10, 2017 HW 260 SW 250 CW 178.4 GW 150

Happy 5 months! YAY!

Your menu is perfect for CAMAW! You have got it all right! Looks really yummy too!

There are many of us who can't live with out cream in our coffee LOL! I love your menu and might have to steal it for a future menu!

Good Morning Fellow CAMAW & AMAW:

This week will be busy at work since it's fiscal closing time. My starting weight is 175 lbs.

I am doing the CAMAW:

M1: Chai and premier protein shake

M2: Diet Tea

M3: Turkey patty with light and fit dannon yogurt

M4: Crystal light

M5: Talapia

M6: Turkey patty

Thrilled to be doing CAMAW....have to have cream in my coffee. And as long as I have to do CAMAW, I may as well include eggs, cheese and yogurt. I have been doing great since I joined WW for accountability of weighing in, but still following our guidelines. Losing again!!

B: Cheese Omelette

L: Chicken Sausage

D: Pork Chop

S: Greek Yogurt, Deviled Egg

Woot-Woot!!

ETA: And Miramax. Must not forget the Miramax! Oh, and 4-6 coffees with cream!
