Good morning fellow challengers!! Day 1 AMAW and it's on. I forgot to take any pic's, I will try to tomorrow. Looking forward to getting on track and stopping all the BLT's and a some carb creep that has been going on for a few weeks now. Miraculously, I haven't gained any weight. So happy to see you back posting Amy, we have missed you!
Great menu, you will have no problem resetting this week and getting back to basics and starting the weight loss again.
Great start to day 1, you got this girl! So proud of you!
Good morning all, while it still IS morning! Up 5 lbs, so I am all IN...Have lots of meat cooked/bagged/ready to eat/went thru nearly a whole box of Ziploc bags!
B: Coffee and protein shake
S: Chicken
L: Tilipia
D: Roast
S: Greek Yogurt, Egg
E: Minimum 2 miles Power Walk, as have been slacking, in the E Arena-especially the OUTSIDE stuff
Looks really boring, when I see it, in black and white, but I'm a pretty boring eater, "normally"...I WILL miss my mango/peach salsa, with my tilapia...but I bet I will survive!!!

AMAW and the timing couldn't be better! I've let myself go off the rails a bit since I'm training for a bicycle tour... and let's just say my scale shows it. Frustrating and a little bit scary, so I'm going to get my butt in gear with ALL THE MEATS!
(Nolan is excited about Meat Week too! He helped me pick out meatballs at the store last night and happily chomped on a few for a bedtime snack.)
Breakfast: Krave black cherry pork jerky
Lunch: 2 sausage patties
Snack: 6 meatballs
Dinner: chicken breast with garlic sauce
I've had my ticker off for a while because I was ashamed of how slowly the post-baby regain was going, but I think I'm going to turn it back on to keep myself accountable.

It's really tasty! The flavor isn't overwhelming at all, I expected it to be really sweet but it's actually a very light BBQ sort of flavor.
