DAY 1 - AMAW/CAMAW - post your menu here!
Good morning! I'm excited about taking part of meat week this time. And in total honesty- I had a small carb funeral of toast last night. I kept walking in my kitchen looking at my box of protein bars- reassuring them I'd be back lol. Only prep I did is making sf jello- I was relieved when I saw that was allowable.
Starting weight is 194.5, 25 months out.
m1: 2 fried eggs, 2 turkey sausage.
M2 Greek yogurt (no berries or granola this week)
m3: turkey thigh, 7oz likely eaten in two settings as turkey sits heavy for me.
m4: tacos for family- just the meat for me today.
I also reserve the right to eat 1oz cheese and or a protein shake if I feel I need it

Hi everyone! This is my 3rd AMAW challenge --- each time has been a great experience. I look forward to seeing how everyone fares this time -- it's a great chance to reset some bad habits.
I pretty much eat this way all the time, but for me, this time the biggest challenge will be not using whole milk or half and half in my coffee. I use 1.5 tablespoons per cup -- but I drink 4 to 6 cups of coffee per day!
Years out: 3.7 years
Weight as of this morning: 138.5

Well, I need something to take my mind off of the fact that my coffee doesn't have milk/cream in it.
I am on my second cup -- and I have to say, it's not as awful as I thought it would be.
It's worse.
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!

I have noticed that my family is tiptoeing a lot ... and my husband literally flinched when i stormed into the kitchen this afternoon...
