RNY in Northern Kentucky?

I hope everyone has had a good weekend so far! I'm looking for others who have had RNY in the Northern Kentucky or Cincinnati areas. I was scheduled for RNY last August in Ohio and I panicked and canceled my surgery the morning of. Since that time, my husband took a new job and we moved to Kentucky, about 25 minutes outside of Cincinnati. Naturally, our new insurance does not cover weight loss surgery, so I double screwed myself by not going through with it last August. Has anyone had RNY in this area? Where did you go and were you self pay? There's a center near here that does weight loss surgeries, and they offer financing, but I'm nervous about the idea of not having it done in a traditional hospital setting. Thoughts on that?
I had mine done in Lexington KY, at St Joe East. They have a self pay option. I didn't have to go that route, but I heard them mention it a couple of times. Dr Greenlee did mine, and I have had no issues. He has been doing them for 30 years. Dr Steiner is also in the office, and has done 3 of my collegues, again a great experience with no complications. Just an option since it's only about an hour away.
