What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?
good Lord - in all the excitement of being two years out today, I forgot the question of the day! My first thought was flying - but the idea of waving a magic wand and having things magically cleaned up sounds wonderful!!! I also wish I didn't have to eat so I'd never worry about gaining weight again!!
My plans for the day are not to have any plans for the day! Not really but I want to just go with the flow. It has been crazy difficult the last couple of weeks and will be this coming week so I don't want to feel too booked. With that said, I did go out early and got my car inspected (3 days late), had it washed, got a couple of beach cover ups for our vacation which begins in a week, went to the food store, and to the hardware store. All before 10:30! Now I am drinking my second cup of coffee and relaxing on the deck. This afternoon we hope to fit a walk on the beach in. Oh and stop at Marshalls to see what is interesting for clothes.
QOTD: Yeah, I love the idea of somehow getting the house cleaned easily (it needs it). ETA teleportation (just read JB's post). I have driven so many hundreds of thousands of miles in my life!
B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese

Hello
I am new to this post. I live in Texas/Arkansas and am nearly 11 years out from surgery. My pre-surgery weight was 299. I reached Onederland for about 30 seconds and settled in around 214. Unfortunately like many people my age (69) I have lost several close friends and relatives in the last couple of years and it shows on the scale. I regained about 20 pounds and I'm working to get it off and to finally tackle the chore of getting to my original goal of 175.
Today is dreary and rainy so outside activities will be only those that are necessary, picking up meds and groceries. I have been trying to eat clean lately and to that end have gotten rid of all processed foods in my kitchen. I shop the perimeter of my store as much as possible.
My menu
B 1 boiled egg
snack - fuzzy navel protein drink
L - chicken thigh, carrots
Snack - tomato and avocado
Dinner - turkey chili heavy on veggies
snack - fuzzy navel protein drink
10 8oz glasses of water
I have taken my vitamins
Good Afternoon! So far having a relaxing weekend. Ran some errands and I've been leaving my phone at home sometimes when I'm with my hubby so that was we can chat and I'm not a phone face- lol

Hello everone,
It was a very busy day. I went to a BBQ competition with my wife and nephew. I ate vey protein forward and did not over do it at all. My main purpose in going was to attend a class with Myron Mixon the winningest man in BBQ having won the world championship 4 times. Having done a few competitions myself, I was really looking forward to getting some good tips. It was very educational. I also spoke with quite a few competitors. Can you tell I love to BBQ. LOL!
