Good Morning Everyone,

My son's 6th grade promotion was fun--the students were excited and the guests even more so. I sat in front of a grandmother who had funny comments! Today, we are off to see Captain Underpants. This theater has reserved seats and dining--you order and they bring the food to your table--this is a first for me! I usually take my drink, jerky and other snacks in my oversized tote!

QOTD: I would have a fairy wand and when I needed something done, I would say Poof! Be Gone! This would be helpful for household chores, projects at work, and co-workers!

M1: Lots of chai with vanilla protein shake

M2: At the movies so something with meat or jerky

M3: Lots of fluid

M4: Hamburger patty with cheese

Vitamins: yes

Fluids: yes

Exercise: Does window shopping count?

We have one of those dine-in movie theaters. My only hang up is eating in the dark. I ended up using my cell phone to be able to see my food. But I look forward to the lettuce wraps when I do go.

I have a boy going into 7th too, no ceremony though as his school goes directly to 8th and they graduate out @ 8th. The captain underpants series drove me crazy cause it created for lots of potty mouth talk when my boys were younger. But I'm curious to see this movie-- it looks cute.

peach pie,

Thanks for the heads up--I can't see in the dark either. I have loaded my tote with drink, jerky and pork rinds.

My son owns all the Captain Underpants books so he is dying to see the movie!

Good morning weekenders! I'm back from getting bloodwork and taking a walk at a local lake. It was relaxing to take a walk at the lake although it's such a beautiful day and there were already lots of people out on the trails.

We plan to go to the pool in a couple of hours to get in a few laps, so that pleases me.

No other big plans for the day other than I should put a few plants in the flower bed.

QOTD: I would certainly like to have someone clean up the house for me, but I like the ability to teleport too. I feel like I spend so much time in traffic and it would be great to just skip that part of things in my day.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs, turkey bacon

Snack: Fuzzy Navel protein shake

Lunch: turkey breast

Snack: cottage cheese

Dinner: chicken breast

Exercise: walk, laps at the pool

I'm working tomorrow (boo!), so today is errand day. I really need new pool shoes and a new swimsuit - both mine (shoes & suit) are stretched out and shot If I have enough energy (I hate shopping - totally wears me out!), I'd like to find some elbow-length sleeve shirts for summer. The ones I have from last summer are way too big now.

speaking of which, today is my two-year surgiversary!!!!! For some odd reason, I've been excited about this for the last few days. Disappointed when I stepped on the scale, though - my weight has ranged 138-142 since February, and of course it was 140.6 this morning. I wanted to be under 140 for my official surgiversary weight!! Bummer!! I'm pretty private about being on here, otherwise I'd post pictures, but my surgiversary weights are:

6/3/2015: 316

6/3/2016: 188

6/3/2017: 140

Two years out (maintenance):

B: homemade Greek yogurt, flaxseed, raspberries

S: coffee with half & half, protein shake (??)

L: if I'm home, then 2 oz corned beef on a Flat Out Flip-It with tzatziki, mustard, and lettuce

D: sirloin steak with mushroom sauce, asparagus

probably another Greek yogurt or a SF protein pudding pop later on this evening

exercise: yoga - already done! Was at a 7:30 am class
