Frustrated
I'm so frustrated. Only lost THREE pounds the whole month of May. I'm seeing inches coming off, but it just feels so discouraging. Has anyone tried doing a jump start to get the scale moving again, like just doing shakes for a couple days? If so, did it work to get it moving again?

MsKitty...
I just finished month two with a 9 lb loss. So I feel you girl!!!
Maybe you should join the AMAW challenge here? I'm going to do it! It can't hurt and maybe it will be the change we need to see some serious movement on the scale?

By six months the pouch is at close to its final size and can hold from eight to twelve ounces of food. The malabsorption is also going away.
To continue losing weight you now need to eat about 730 calories less than you did before losing 73 pounds. If that is impossible to do, then you will need to increase exercise to burn off calories.
The secret of weight loss is that the less you weigh, the less you can eat.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
It gets harder... and you have to pay more attention to what you are eating...
Cut the carbs, watch the calories, and pray for patience if you are doing both.
Join the AMAW challenge, it's better than any shake diet you can come up with
