Gas is usually linked to what you've eaten. And eating too many carbs is usually the culprit.

Go zero carb for a few days. Protein and fat. See how the gas is after that. It's the easiest way to start figuring out what's wrong.

gas and poop relate to your food.

sugar alcohols make it worse, so does dairy and carbs for me....

look at what you have been eating and make any needed changes

I end up with a smell issue if I take Pepto-Bismol. Go figure.

Sugar alcohols for sure make me gassy. I avoid them almost entirely.

Raw fruits and veggies can cause me some gas as well. I try to limit them to one or two servings per day and that helps.

Also...for in the potty itself... V.I.Poo really works and the commercials are great fun.

I make homemade turkey or chicken chili. I take a WalMart branded enzyme even stronger than Beano. It works most of the time. I still drink a Premier Protein shake once a day and I usually take two super strength Costco lactaid tabs. I still am gassy. Trust me, I can rip one and make a grown man cry.

I really don't know what else to do. I'm very low carb, and only use 1.5 cans of beans in a huge crockpot of chili and I weigh out each portion. It's way more meat than beans. I've upped my protein a bit after my gum surgery and also because my hair is thinning out a bit.

Not everyday, but I usually have a Questbar as a meal, especially at work when I'm really too busy at work to even have a proper lunch. Like today.
