From the fuzzy nutrition info I found on Amazon, it looks like this is collagen, which is a very low-quality protein.
The WHO has something called a PDCAAS score to rate the bioavailability of protein sources, which is a rating between zero and one. Whey protein scores a 1.0 because it is easily absorbed. Chicken breast and ground beef score .91. Collagen, on the other hand, scores 0.08; you may as well be drinking water.
Save your money and go for higher-quality protein.
