QOTD: I never would have thought that I would have to remind myself to eat! That's crazy! LOL!

I have my days where I do get hungry but for the most part I forget about it. At least right now at this point in my journey.

Good afternoon! Late and quick post today. Had an awesome time at the concert last night with Em and enjoying some relaxation time with hubby today (he's on vacay this week so it just worked out for us to have a veg day).

QOTD: Go out in a swimsuit without a cover up.

Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 an orange L: albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots S: latte, yogurt, granola, nuts and deli meat D: TBD-I haven't decided yet.

E: 6 miles on treadmill this morning and walking a little with hubby to get coffee.

E/W on track.

I'm so glad y'all post this daily! I'm just 9 days post op from my revision to a rny. This is great to see what others are eating and give me ideas for when it's time to move on to solids.

B: premier protein

L: 2 oz tuna with 2 teaspoons Greek yogurt

W: 48 oz so far
