What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
I had dresses but looked ridiculous in them and the thigh rubbing when I walked without tights in the summer was super uncomfortable.

Good morning,
QOTD at my highest weight i never thought my quality of life would get better. I was walking with a cane and couldn't walk very far. I couldn't bring my groceries or laundry up or down the stairs, needed help. Never thought I get off all my meds but two. I wouldn't wear jeans.
B bacon and sausage egg muffins and string cheese.
L tuna and cottage cheese
D shrimp stirfry and broccoli
S Greek yogurt and cutie orange
Have a good day
Happy Thursday! We've transitioned from May Grey (gray???) to June Gloom. the mornings start out cloudy and cool before the sun breaks through. Oh, and the top I'm wearing wrinkles the minute you put it on, so it looks like I slept in my clothes. I feel like putting on a sign that says "yes, my clothes are clean."
DQOTD - That's actually a difficult question. I went to the gym before my surgery, it wasn't always easy, but I did it. Maybe I never would have considered running . . . or I never would have opened myself up to new people, because I always thought "why would they want to be friends with me???" Things are so much better now.
My plan: So, yesterday I broke down around 3:00 and ate something, since I was going to take spin at 6:30. I forced myself to have dinner also (a bit of steak). Thanks to everyone *****sponded. I really don't like forcing myself to eat, and my body definitely doesn't like it when I do it. We'll see what today brings, I have a full plan so we'll have to see if I actually eat it. I'm feeling actual hunger today which is rare, I usually don't get "hungry" until waaaaayyyyy after most people would, so we'll see. Here's my plan:
B: Curried chicken salad
L: Turkey meatballs (4.2 oz) and jack cheese
D: Chicken (either rotisserie from a place called Zankou or pollo locco. I didn't take anything out and want to go to the gym)
S: Skinny latte, I also have lunch meat, cheese, yogurt and almonds for post work out.
I definitely like to go with the small pouch days, when they come, and have been know to eat breakfast at 1-2-3PM... but not eating at all is never good. I also have to be careful to eat something within a reasonable time before exercise....nausea, dizziness, fainting can happen in my life.
I just had breakfast and it is noon. I have gotten nicely yelled at by the trainer but they don't get it. That is why I started doing a latte in the morning with the fairlife milk... some calories some protein, it is something. In our world it constitutes as a meal.

You have a really great personality. I mean, I know I only know you through posts here but still...it is obvious. I can't imagine you ever thinking "Why would they want to be friends with me???" Wow. I am so happy that you are able to see yourself differently now. You are such an awesomesauce person. If you lived nearby I would totally hang out with you!
