Good morning everyone, Thanks for all of your good thoughts about the job interview, yesterday. I'm honestly not sure how it went... The new CEO is hard to read and there are a lot more factors (including an external candidate who the CEO recommended from Detroit) than just my performance. So I am anxiously hoping that I will get an answer (one way or another) today. A lot of decisions feel like they are "on hold" until I know whether I will be on unemployment or getting a raise! It's crazy that it can go either way.

QOTD: Our new house only has showers, but I used to like a good relaxing bubble bath! Not to get clean, but just to relax and de-stress the day away.

it all seems to come down to who your competition is, and you never really know that or know how they did on the interview. Sometimes I think I did really well and end up not getting the job - and other times I feel really ho-hum about it and end up getting the job. It's so hard to predict. Fingers crossed for you!

I didn't realize there was an outside candidate... I must have missed that addition to the equation! Hopefully you get an answer sooner than later!
