Good morning! Really hoping to hear something on the house today or hear back from some of the others we've applied for. Not helping my stress levels. The guy from this house did call our landlord yesterday and he (current landlord) said it sounded very positive.

Qotd: Hot showers daily, sometimes twice a day. I don't mind baths once every 6 months or so lol. I think it would probably be more enjoyable now though.

Scale continues to move this week. After the 3 lb drop on Monday, I've been down small amounts every day since. 216.1 today.

Menu:

B: Protein shake

L: leftover sausage with roasted Parmesan veggies.

D: I think bunless burgers or maybe meatballs.

E: It's lower Fix today. Supposed to rain most of the day so not sure how many steps I will get in.

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning Daisy and menu crew. Great pics! My dog needs a friend to play with. I have her trained to be off a runner at home now and it is so much easier than being on a line. We do not have nay dog parks in our area so dogs can meet/play, really unfortunate.

QOTD - Shower , we have a hot tub , so when I need to soothe my sore muscles I soak in the hot tub. I turn it down to 95 or so in the warmer months. we love it.

B - Premier protein

S - Light and fit greek yogurt

L- Manwhich meat

S - buddig turkey

D - baked cod as my wife made chicken/asparagus enchiladas last night so I ate those instead of cod.

E - gym today

Stay healthy my friends. Mike

The "Dog Park" I found on my little walks in Cbus, is actually an open field that has been adopted by local dog owners. There is no fence, but the river is on one side and two others are bordered by thick brush (not that it STOPS a hunting dog, but it is a good visual barrier and it slows them down). The locals keep a big Rubbermaid style tub on site and stock it with dog toys and gallon jugs of water (not great for a germ-a-phobe). It's pretty nice! Porter, a hunter of all things bird-like, seems willing to stick to the area because of the combination of other dogs, the water dish, and people that might have treats. All that said, his ability to run in huge circles clearly makes him pretty happy. He runs so fast it looks like his rump comes up under his chin. Pretty funny!

Sounds wonderful! I think it is great for them to be able to play and socialize with other dogs/people. My dog gets alot of people interaction.

Good morning all! Look I did it again! Every time I hear hump day I think of that old commercial with the camel. I love that commercial makes me laugh every time. Today is another busy one at work but before I get going I am going to start my day by saying hello to my menu family so "Hello and I hope you all have a wonderful day"

QOTD: I love me a good shower however now that my butt can fit in a tub I may try me one again. I am going to conference for work in September in Vegas and the manager arranging this trip spares no expenses I mean top of the line all the way and when she booked the room she got us spa rooms! So I know I will be trying that puppy out.

My menu plan for the day as it looks right now: (I always know breakfast is right on because that I eat in the car while driving to work)

B: Hardboiled egg white, 2 slices of bacon and 10 grapes. Decaf coffee at my desk then switching over to water and crystal light.

L: Not sure today another meeting day so again ordering out. Yesterday I ordered a sandwich ate the meat out of 1/2 of it and gave the other 1/2 to one of the growing boys here at the office. (He so loves me on meeting day!) So I will probably will do that again.

D: Rib Eye's on the grill and 1/2c of salad

S: Not sure yet I will have to check the drawer in my fridge here at work and see what strikes my fancy

TaTa for now buddies!!!!!!

Major problems with bath is the hard surface vs my tail bone. My tail bone loses every time. Now if I want a bath- I have to use something under my butt to prevent getting my tail bone bruised. Be aware or that. In a hotel towel folded a few times will do.
