Happy Hump Day! We are closer to the weekend! I had a busy day and night yesterday. When I got home from the gym and after the rain it was sunny and a nice breeze so I took the dogs to the park across the road from us and they met a puppy! A 3 month old golden retriever named "Prince" cute as a button and full of energy. My two love all dogs (and people) so they played for 2 hours and I chatted with the Mom and she had a ton of "dog/puppy" questions, it was tons of fun! Here is Prince and my dog Oliver and Prince. That made you smile today right!

QOTD: Shower or Bath? Do you prefer to shower or take baths? I am a shower girl all the way! I detest baths and I am not the kind of person who can "relax" and put on soft music & candles. Nope, super hot shower, get it done and get out. And I shower every day, its just a "must" in my mind.

Love the puppy pics...what fun unexpected puppy play date. :)

Trying to get back on NY time... went for my personal training session last night and I was dragging butt... and pollen was acting up my asthma, so not a win-win...but I pushed through and always feel better. He knew I was struggling so he said "Good workout" at the end.

Still haven't gone food shopping- today. Being in overtired mode makes me eat aimlessly or at least feel that way....scale was fine this AM so I guess I wasn't as aimless as I thought....

QOTD: Definitely a daily shower taker- maybe two showers in the summer if I get really sweaty.... Will take a bath like this morning when my muscles are sore and I need some Epsom salt relaxation. It does work...

B: Latte w/fairlife/MCToil/miralax Second latte morning coffee/fairlife
Pumpkin ricotta chai protein smoothie (ended up making this yesterday because I didn't feel like eating eggs for the third time since I got home, and it was so good...)

L: Bacon Cheese burger

D: Turkey Italian sausage and peppers

S: Protein hot chocolate, tuna

Good morning! I LOVE the puppy pics (makes me want one).

QOTD: Shower daily all the way. I get too hot at the beginning of a bath and too cold after a while. Not to mention that I feel like I'm bathing in my own dirt (not that I'm all that dirty generally, but that pops in my mind).

B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese

L: ? Protein as available at post-funeral luncheon

D: leftover - either prime rib or crab cake

Puppy!!!!

QOTD: Shower. I think it's ho****er. JB would say it isn't even lukewarm. Taking a bath is like making soup. I hate soup. Especially soup made out of me.

Your showers don't fog the mirror--they create frost.
