Good morning menu friends! It was a busy wonderful weekend.

QOTD: Car air fresheners... nope, not really. I have had them off and on and I like them. I just rarely think of them. Maybe I will get some next time I am at the store. Oh...interesting factoid...Watertown, NY is where the little pine tree shaped ones are made and I lived there for a few years. Lovely place.

Menu: B: Greek yogurt, granola, and blueberries; L: Frozen treat "chicken goulash" (I don't remember what that is but it was in the freezer so...lunch!) D: Not sure... was a lazy weekend so I prepped nothing.

Accountability: Struggled with smoking this weekend. My Guy was really back-sliding and dragging me along. We finally got it under control and had a good talk about it. He is back on the patches and I am back on the wagon, no smoking since yesterday and none in the house. Uhg. One day at a time. Weight is all good, 126. Eating has been fine. Nothing exciting there.

My mom was a teacher in Watertown NY before I was born! She still tells legendary tales of the snow :)

The lake effect snow was awful there! That is where they send soldiers for winter skills training... even the ones from Alaska. LOL

It is amazing to see how Watertown has transformed through the years. It has really grown. I live about 3 hours East of Watertown.

QOTD: Air freshener, hate. But I do have Febreze in my trunk for when the car just gets stinky. Daisy you think of the cutest QOTD's.

I am having a great time on my new farm. Learned how to drive our train... unfortunately I forgot to check the gas before the second run and we ran out of gas and had to be rescued. Who has those kind of adventures??? Life is good.

B: Premier Protein chicolate with coffee and Miralax

L: Dannon greek yogurt, beef jerky 1 oz

D: Stir fry chicken with peanut sauce

S: Syntrax fuzzy navel in water, diet cran something in water

Totals: 818 calories 88 protein 28 carbs 13 fat

After the bad news i got this weekend, im feeling better. I spent yesterday with my dad. Im preparing for my trip to South Carolina this week.

QOTD I don't use them. Sometimes I have a problem with scents.

B bacon and sausage egg muffins and string cheese

L steak, carrots, broccoli and little bit of potato salad

D shrimp stirfry

S Greek yogurt and cutie orange

I feel like I'm in an alien world. My doctor has me on three meals a day only. We don't get snacks. I get one cup of food max and we have protein goals but I eat chicken, pork, steak, turkey or eggs. I'm not supposed to be able to eat sugar but I can! My RNY was 1/31.

Also, what are these patches and where can I get them? I have to take bariatric advantage 2x/day with anti-acid 2x/day. I'm still sleeping more than I did and wondering how I can know if I'm deficient or just tired! I hope this area isn't restricted. Sorry if I offended anyone!

I am fairly new to RNY so I don't have answers for you, but just wanted to say that my Dr also says only 3 meals a day..I just don't listen. I am expected to get 60 -70 grams of protein a day, and I can't get there without snacks.

You are fine to post here, everyone is very helpful. Feel free to join us and post your menu everyday. I have learned a ton here from the veterans and others. Good luck on your journey.
