Morning menu buddies!

Daisy I'm glad you're getting your gallbladder taken care of...I remember the bouts I had with mine before I bid it farewell in 2003, I hope things aren't too rough until then. Also yay for seeing the psych, I'm a big fan of therapy as a resource! Yesterday was a great day, Hubby and I relaxed after hitting the gym - I told him that after we lift I feel really really good, and I actually look forward to doing it which is SO unlike me. I've always heard that once you find an exercise you enjoy that will happen, so maybe I've found mine?

QOTD: Not usually....but if I do I like it to be fall/winter scents, like balsam & cedar or spiced apple cider....usually I get the yankee candle hanging things. I don't like the scents that are clearly supposed to smell like something but don't quite get there if you understand what I mean. It's kind of along the lines of 'blue raspberry' stuff which is just super weird to me.

Menu:

B: Greek Yogurt w/protein granola, coffee

S: Protein Shake

L: Sargento Balanced Break, Deli Ham

S: TBD

D: Leftover steak, veggie

Countdown to RNY: 22 days!

Have a great tuesday all!

Hello everybody,

I'm back at work today and so trying to get back into the routine. I can tell you my food choices definitely slipped whilst I was away, but not as bad as they could have. My wife had a successful tonsillectomy on Thursday and has been pretty much out of her mind with pain and pain medicines since. Also she can't eat any solid foods for a while. Since I didn't want to tempt her I tried to keep my eating out of sight, so I pretty much ate things that I could get down quickly. Now its time to get back on track though.

QOTD: I normally have a clip on febreze in my car, but about 1/2 the time it gets to be too much so I take it off. I can't do anything Vanilla though. When I was a kid my oldest sister wore WAAYYYY too much vanilla fields perfume all the time and it has put me off the smell since.

Menu:

B: Coffee w/ premier protein and SF cinnamon dolce syrup, egg and bacon cups

L: Leftover venison steak w/ greenbeans and a tiny (3 tbsp.) portion of mashed potatoes

D: smoked sausage and some veggie,

S: Muscle milk lite
