I'm glad you are making progress with the gallbladder.

We have 3 days of wake, funeral, and burial (and trying to work a few hours between). It is going to exhausting especially since we have to drive 1.5 hours each day. We thought about staying overnight but we sleep better in our own bed and I didn't want to have to board the dogs.

QOTD: Nope, I'm a little scent sensitive so typically don't have anything in my car.

B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese

L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: Leftover crab cake

S: cheese sticks

Sorry about all of the funerals/wakes/burials... be safe driving back and forth!

I need cottage cheese back in my life... I bought a container of the low-fat stuff, trying to cut back on calories, and it's just not good.... I need REAL cottage cheese back in my life! LOL

Go back to the real stuff. In my opinion, the difference in calories is negligible when you factor in how much more satisfying the real stuff is. I don't (and haven't since surgery) shied away from fat. Full fat forever!

I eat a 2% milkfat cottage cheese from Shaw stores (Lucerne - store brand). It is really good but I can't seem to find 2% anywhere else (it is usually 1% or nonfat).

Thank you! It was good to see so many of the people MIL touched and the friends from our former town (Auburn) - the services are all in Shrewsbury.

Morning DD2. JB and I got back last night from our Memorial Day weekend away for her friend's birthday. We had a blast.

I'm glad you're on track to get your gallbladder straightened out. I hope you feel ok in the meantime.

I'm afraid I can't participate in the Outfit of the day photo. OH says I'm not allowed to post that sort of thing anymore.
