What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?
Good Afternoon! As usual, late posting on the weekend. Today we went to a peddlers fair and then had lunch at a diner near the lake we camped at all the time when I was growing up. Great day!
QOTD: I don't really have memories that I can actually remember...I remember being told stories about things that happened but not the actual events...I know strange.
Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 an orange L: chicken Cobb salad S: latte, yogurt, granola, Brazil nuts and Buddig beef pack D: not sure yet
E: 5 miles on treadmill and lots of walking at the peddlers fair
w/V on track
I hope everyone is having a great day!
I don't know if anybody will see this. I was extremely tired today. Just getting my liquids in at 4 pm. But I still feel dehydrated.
QOTD I was 4 years old, I was trying to light sparklers and the sparks started by finge shorts on fire. At least I knew to take them off while running into the house. My mom put me in a cold bathtub of water. When I woke up from my nap, I had blisters all over my thighs. Went to the doctor and he drained them. I don't have any scars from it.
B bacon and sausage egg muffins and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D protein shake
S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange
Have a good evening
oh my gosh! I am still hungry and I cannot believe I ate all this and still want to gobble more stuff. But I won't do it! I ran out of all my regular food so I thought those protein pancakes would tie me over since I am leaving on vacation next week. Those gave me 27 grams of carbs and 9 grams of sugar. This is more than I usually eat for sure! I feel like a piggy today!

I'm sooooooo late to the party!
Good evening everyone,
Crazy busy today getting ready for a friends and family BBQ tomorrow. I spent a lot of the day doing last minute shopping and prepping all of the meats for my smokers.
QOTD: I was 3 or 4 years old and my parents and I went to visit friends that were camping. I remember getting stung by a wasp or hornet then I started screaming. My father was an EMT at the time and so was his friend at the campsite, they grabbed some water & ice and mixed it together then they put the mud on the bee sting site. Man that felt so good! It pulled out the stinger and reduced a lot of the inflammation.
B: 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, slice of cheese
L: 3oz turkey
S: 1/2 ostrim meat stick
D: 5oz tuna mixed with 2 tsp mayo, broccoli rabe w/evoo & garlic
S: plain chobani yogurt
Cals:639, Carbs: 10, Protein: 93
Enjoy the rest of your night everyone!
