You can take a picture of your lab report and post it. You can copy and paste if you have an electronic record, but the formatting will be really wonky. Or you can just type out the results you want to discuss.
You should have numbers for hemoglobin, hematocrit, iron, iron saturation, transferrin, and maybe most importantly, ferritin.
Other shortages, like B12, can also leave you lethargic.
