Hoping on super late. I'm finding it tricky to post before work these days, then the day gets away from me.
qotd: I have a fancy pair of Coach prescription sunglasses, which are awesome. But are probably getting a bit dated, so I might get something new at my next appointment...when my new benefits kick in!
Menu:
B: 1 egg with 2 slices of bacon and 1 slice of tomato
L: 85 g skyrr with strawberries and toasted nuts
D: Chicken drumsticks
S: Premiere protein shake
S2: Cream cheese with cucumber and everything bagel spice.

Hi everyone,
Its insane at work and I've been very short with people because hunger has decided to come back, or it's just the stress of everything. I'm staying in check with my food but it so hard right now. That is why I'm posting even though it's really late
QOTD: I have percription glasses that turn into sunglasses outside. I like them but hate how long they take to switch back when you go inside.
B: decaf and protein hot chocolate
L: tuna and whipped Greek cream cheese
D: pork loin with salsa and spaghetti squash.
S: 2 babybel, half red pepper with Greek cream cheese, everything but the bagel spice, tj cheese crisps (I can't handle these so I'm throwing them out)
