What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!
Yesterday was an absolutely perfect day! 68 degrees, blue sky, sunny with only a slight cool breeze, just gorgeous out. Blossom and I walked the subdivision loop TWICE instead of our usual one time around. I was proud of both of us! Blossom has gotten pretty tubby and needs to slim down. I wish they did RNY for dogs. LOL!
QOTD: I wear glasses so I rarely wear sunglasses. I do have a pair of clip-on sunglasses, but seldom bother with them. When I am wearing sunglasses I feel like my vision is diminished somewhat and that makes me uncomfortable.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks
L: broccoli, bacon, raisin salad, Greek yogurt
D: beef pot roast meal
S: light n fit Greek yogurt
Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision (shooting for twice around again today).
Have a super day everyone!

Morning!
Still toting around a kidney stone. :/ waited all day for the urologist office to call me back and they never did. I was running a fever last night. If I don't hear from someone this morning I'm calling another clinic. I was pretty uncomfortable yesterday but it could have been worse. Concerned about the fever though.
Qotd- my sunglasses live in my van, and they get pretty regularly stepped on, mangled, or lost, so it's cheap Walgreen sunglasses for me!
Food today-
breakfast- bacon cheddar and egg stuffed mushrooms
lunch- leftover egg salad
snack- a leftover chicken thigh
dinner- leftover Korean sticky chicken and stir fry veg.
Lots of leftovers to eat up, clearly! And I'm glad to not be cooking much. Tonight we have soccer and a piano recital, so I'm especially glad for leftovers tonight!

Syntrax Nectar sells 15 flavors of protein shakes. When I first had surgery, I bought the sampler package from Amazon and tried out the different flavors to see what I liked. I love the Apple Ecstasy, Fuzzy Navel, Lemonade and Ice Tea. They are so much better than the choc-van-straw flavors of most brands.
