Hair Loss??

I have very fine/thin hair too and thought I was safe from hair loss until the 4 1/2 month. I lost quite a bit, but it's beginning to come back. If you look at my photos, I've got some baby hair growing... YaY!

I also started taking a Biotin supplement which I think helps. But I too think it's a small price to pay.

I'm at 4.5 months and hoping that I'm not going to lose any hair but I doubt I'm in the clear yet.

Hair loss after surgery seems to be hit or miss (mostly hit from all I read about it), but if it's going to happen it will. I have long, very thick hair and at about 4 months out I started losing a lot - so much I was seriously thinking about looking for wigs. Well, after several months of seeing so much hair coming out I thought seriously about cutting my remaining locks, it did stop falling out.

And it allllll came back. My hair at 61 is still long, still shiny and very thick again. Take heart, it passes and is of little consequence in the long run. Just keep working your program, get your protein in and look forward to the years ahead. Good luck :)
