100lbs gone!
I did it! I will be 8 months out on the 23rd. Never in my life did I think at my age and after a revision from the crapband would I actually lose 100 lbs. 150 was my original goal and I'd planned a little ago to switch it down to 140 (that's the top of the normal range so I may switch yet again) and today I'm 148.7! What I've learned is to follow the vets advice here like it's your Job every single day. I couldn't have done it with out all the advice and support I get right here. Just so beyond excited today. Thank you to so many of you that encourage and support us all. I'll stop now. I feel as though I'm giving an award speech. Haha

Great Job!! There is just something about that 100# milestone that just leaves a pep in your step for the day. You kind of want to wear it on a t-shirt so the world knows.
For me goals/rewards kind of fell apart from here on out. Not to say not working at it-- but it all became secondary to that milestone.
Enjoy your 'strut' today!!
