Good morning everyone! The sun is shining in the PNW and it feels wonderful!

QOTD- My biggest NSV lately was Mothers Day. My son and I went on a hike and I didn't have to think twice about it or if I could make it. I felt like a mountain goat going up and down the trail. My son also wrote me a letter for Mothers Day and told me how proud he was of me and that I have come so far. I feel good, I feel strong!!

I am working on being comfortable in my own skin. People still make comments about my weight loss, which makes me feel awkward. I just say thank you and change the subject. Sometimes I don't like living in a small town with everyone in your business.

I am headed to church this morning and then grocery shopping.

B- 3 chicken sausage, 1 poached egg

L- Trader joes chicken lime burger

S-beef stick

D- some sort of flesh on the grill

Hi everyone,

I'm doing my annual clean out of my smokers today and a trial run.

QOTD: My big NSV was yesterday when I realized that I can now bend over to cut my toenails!

B: 2 eggs, 2 strips bacon, 1/2 slice of cheese

Rest of the day is up in the air but it will be protein!

Hello all, I took my nieces home today :(

I sure do miss them already. They are both so well behaved and they are really a joy to be able to keep.

QOTD: I have had to adjust my seat, forward and had to make the seat higher. I am also able to shop now in regular stores now...so many more options.

Menu:

B - shrimp, ****tail sauce

L - McDonald's Donalds side salad, ranch dressing

D - 5 oz chicken breast

S - small salad (romaine, 8 grape tomatoes, 1 mini cucumber) baby bel original cheese

Calories - 628, Protein- 77, Carbs - 26

Edited to add Baby Bel cheese and fix totals.

Menu for today: B: latte, eggbeatters and turkey sausage links L: philly cheese chicken sausage and carrots S: latte, granola, yogurt and Buddig meat D: 1 scrambled egg and shredded cheese in 1/2 pita, 1/2 an orange and SF jello with cool whip.
