My NSV had been with doing the 21 Day Fix- I used to do it pre-op but even after a 6 month break, with all this excess weight gone, I am able to do some of the exercises I could never do before. Also- the car thing- I have the opposite - I used to have to adjust the seat back - my hubby is 5'10" but he's longer in the body than legs. Now that I don't have the padding I can leave the seat exactly where it is. Who knows- maybe I will have to move it forward someday.
Food plans are up in the air today. I know I'm having my protein shake for breakfast. Maybe hamburgers or pork chops for lunch and leftovers for dinner?
Exercise- Since it's raining, at least 60 minutes of cardio from Beachbody. Not sure which ones yet. They have a new dance program called You V2 that is a lot of fun so I may trey that let me just say that I am severely lacking in coordination and rhythm but it does get me moving.
