What's on your Sunday menu RNYers?
morning weekenders!
Qotd: its been a while since anyone's posted a round up, so let's hear it, what's your latest nsv?
One of mine is actually a little annoying, and car related. My husband is 6'2. I'm 5'4'. At my high weight, I maybe had to adjust my seat forward a little to reach the pedals, but not much since my belly was in the way. But now that I've lost a lot of my padding, every time we switch drivers, I have to readjust everything! All the mirrors, the seat height, the steering wheel etc!
Another one is fitting in clothes from non plus size shops. So much cheaper! Thursday I went to marshals and bought new workout clothes ( inspired by Daisy's post about workout gear )
menu:
B: bacon and a fried egg
the rest, no idea what the plan is. Today is hop day on the farm, but I'm sure it will be protein forward

We're headed to the pool in a bit, and I'm excited to get in some laps. I may also get a walk in since I've figured out a new route that I want to try.
Other than that some new clothes shopping since everything is baggy again. And I have a couple of plants to put in the flowerbeds.
QOTD: I think my best NSV's are that my health is getting so much better. I'm down to only 500 mg of Metformin a day for my diabetes and I am so much less out of breath when I move.
Breakfast: egg whites, LF Mexican cheese
Snack: Apple Ecstasy protein shake

Busy day today, it's my youngest niece's graduation from high school and her reception today. I made broccoli salad for it. It will be a fun day with family!

YOU LOOK AWESOME!!!!
Yesterday turned very frustrating, I lost the center stone to my engagement ring. I searched everywhere. I had been scrubbing hummingbird feeders and bringing houseplants out to the deck for the summer. );
QOTD: I recently squatted down to pick up a sock that fell from the over piled laundry basket, while climbing the stairs. Any one of those tasks would have me breathless 8 months ago!!
