yes - I lost in width (went from a wide to a medium). Some people actually lose in size, too (as in lengthwise)

I did. I went from a 10-10.5W to a 9.5-10 regular width. Most of my old shoes are too loose to wear but I can't bring myself to get rid of them. 90% of my clothes are gone, but none of my shoes ;)

I'm only 4 months out. I was a size 9 regular but my shoes are all too loose now. I'm probably an 8.5 and who knows when I get to goal.

Yes and it was like overnight! Went from an 8W to 7M. Slide in shoes are at the consignment stores here at the beach. Those shoes that tie....just get tied a little tighter for now. Waiting till the 'after Memorial Day' sales to get a couple of new pair.
