Another Poop question! Sorry!
I haven't taken miralax in a couple of weeks. I was taking it a couple of times a week. This is my menu today and it's a pretty typical day:
B: decaf and protein hot chocolate
L: Prosciutto and string cheese
D: Sirloin Steak and broccoli
S: Ranch Tuna pouch and babybel

Not to be too personal -- but when you say you poo -- is it solid or diarrhea?
I ask because once I bought some very expensive prosciutto and I ended up with a minor bout of listeria -- and my biggest symptom was runny poo multiple times per day for about 4 days.

It's not runny. Just normal. Not huge amount every time but a decent amount several times a day. Like 5-6 times.

Hmm, okay, it was worth a shot.
Mine was more like the scenes they would have cut from The Exorcist -- projectile from the absolute wrong end...

This has happened to me a couple of times too. I wasn't able to pinpoint it to specific food. I occasionally eat the expensive prosciutto di parma when it's on sale. That didn't seem to effect me but everyone is different. I hope it gets better quick!
