What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
I LOVE cinnamon. Probably to an unhealthy level LOL. I had my wife pick up a bottle of the syrup from Starbucks. If you didn't know already, you can go in to any Starbucks and just buy a bottle of any of their syrups.
No surgery dates yet. Our last weigh in apt is June 5th so hopefully we will have something soon after. The Mrs. is much more of a Facebook kinda gal, and I know she is on one of the support groups there. I have never known her to post to any forum, but I do show her/tell her about posts I find interesting. I'll let her know ya'll are asking about it. May change her mind LOL

Yes I was born with hammer toes who for those not in the know are permanently curled and disfigured looking on 3 toes per foot. I also had poorly aligned heels that caused me to walk on theAfter 3 foot surgeries that involveD cutting bone out of my heel ,inserting plates and screws and breaking and springing the toes--let's say my feet look like Frankenstein. But I can walk without pain so it's all good.
