What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
HI Daisy and everyone.
Beautiful day out today but spent the morning in the kitchen making my fur babies their doggie treats. Yes....I make them special homemade treats that I bake with oatmeal, ww flour, molasses, peanut butter, oil and water. Always make a double batch and keep them in the fridge for them.
Sunday I decided to take a 4 mile walk and am still feeling the burn in my thighs, lol! Just felt the urge to take an extra long walk.
QOTD: I just clip short and go. Haven't worn nail polish in a long time. Years ago, I used to have manicures but only a pedicure done once.

2 month Dr appt today. They were really happy with my progress, and told me to get my vitamin D checked with my PCP ( same hospital network so Dr will see the results too).
QOTD: I actually got my first Mani / Pedi while on vacation a couple weeks ago. I chose matching hot pink for both.
Menu: higher than normal calories because I will be up over 27 hours (minus the 21/2 hrs nap I got this afternoon).
B - Tuna pouch
B - Cottage cheese 1/2 cup
L - Boneless pork chop, 3 stuffed mushrooms
D - 3.7 ounces shrimp, 1 Tbsp ****tail sauce
S - small romaine lettuce salad, mini cucumber, 6 grape tomatoes, zero calorie dressing
Calories - 748, Protein - 107, Carbs - 26

S: Had to skip it, I was mowing the lawn

S: plain chobani yogurt, maybe 1/2 a ostrim meat stick
