CRAZY experience - 2 surgeries in 4 days but doing well now

So sorry you had these complications, but, of course so glad everything turned out positively!!!

Don't you EVEN think about that weight "gain"...that is all IV fluids and surgery trauma. TRY TRY TRY to stay off that scale, for at least a week. I know that's nearly impossible...but TRY !!!!

For NOW...REST...SIP...WALK...REPEAT !!!!

Thanks everyone for the support. Now that I'm home and the heavy duty IV pain meds are wearing off I'm kinda in shock! Like, how the hell did that happen? What are the odds?? (Rhetorical question - I'm sure there are some of you that actually know the numbers lol).

The pain from the incisions is no joke so I'm just limping around the house, trying to get my protein in. Can't wait to feel better!!!

Holy Cow! Glad you are doing better. Hopefully your recovery will be uneventful and your weight loss rapid!

So sorry you had such a hard time if it! I gained weight from the surgery too so don't worry about that. Just try to walk and sip and get better!
