What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Good morning menu folks. It was a nice weekend for me. I spent some time with my mom on Saturday and Sunday I had time in the pool and took a long walk. Yesterday, I also got my some plants put out in my yard. I was filling in some empty spots and replacing a few straggly plants. Things look nice now.
Today looks like it will be another sunny and warm day, so there is a long walk on my schedule again. No pool time though.
QOTD: I tend to sneeze in threes and not particularly loud on average.
Breakfast: Egg whites, with LF Mexican cheese
Snack: Apple Ecstasy protein shake
Lunch: BBQ chicken breast
Snack: Cottage cheese, unsweetened applesauce
Dinner: leftover crab cake
Exercise: long walk

Good morning everyone!
We had a really busy but awesome weekend. Didn't get too much accomplished around the house but spent a lot of time with friends and family and had a lot of fun.
I'm also here this morning to confess to eating a chocolate yesterday (similar to a Turtle) and although it tasted good my reaction to it was not good. Sweets aren't even my thing so I wasn't worried about one leading to two but I got complacent for a minute and was reminded that I don't get to be complacent anymore.
QOTD I'm a quiet sneezer. I've always tried to stifle them for some reason and it's a habit now. My BFs the complete opposite. He always sneezes loudly and in multiples, not just three, more like a dozen. It's quite the scene and I too question how he can't dial it back a bit. Lol.
5+ months post op
B- coffee w/ 1/2 chocolate premier
L- pork tenderloin, turkey bite
D- chicken breast and tomatillo
S- coffee w/ remaining premier
Have a great start to your week!

Sorry to hear about your reaction to the chocolate, but it sure as heck is a deterrent for the future! LOL LOL
hey all
and thanks for handling the threads daisy.
QOTD: I am a shrieker sneezer. It sounds like a super high pitch scream. it always cracks people up. I try for s silent one, but it doesn't happen
overall doing well. we took mom out for a mothers day lunch , all the girls and their families. the food was a country cooking type deal and I got 1/2 roasted chicken, greens and green beans. dessert went to husband, then went for some grocery shopping after to food prep for today. OH I finally broke down and bought a sous vide stick to work with my instant pot. So far I have just done eggs, chicken and carrots. Verdict is out so far, seems like an aweful long time to wait to eat food and I akin it to a slow cooker but even slower....
B: coffee/BPI prot powder/gizzards/radishes
L: leftover chicken i think from yesterday
D: sous vide salmon/veg
E: yoga today/ at least 15 min sometime to fit it in/maybe some recumbent bike
support group tonight but I'm not going I don't think.
Good morning! I was wondering if you would be doing this! Hope JB is having a wonderful time!
we had a super weekend! Saturday was a bit frustrating - Chelsie was going to buy a Fitbit from an online selling site. The woman changed the town without confirmation from me so we ended up waiting for her for 45 minutes. And then the Fitbit was worn and scratched. She had described it as new, worn only for a week. So we didn't buy it. Chelsie ended up buying a brand new one for $20 more and they gave her a bonus shopping card for $10.00. It took me a while to get over the rudeness of this person. Chelsie was saying too that we don't generally expect that people will lie but I guess we're a bit naive.
Sunday was really nice. Chelsie and I went on 2 walks to meet our step goals - I met my step goal both days this weekend-that has rarely happened! We went out for supper with my mom and step dad and my in-laws. We went toa Chinese restaurant that I've been going to since I was 9 so it was very nostalgic for my mom and I.
QOTD- I'm a quiet sneezer but my husband - like InsertFitness's husband is crazy loud and I too refuse to believe that he can't control it. We joke that if we could harness it we would never have to pay for electricity.
Menu:
B: Protein shake and an Americano Misto from Starbucks
L: Meat and a few veggies from the Chinese leftovers
D: Not sure - I might roast a couple of chickens so I have some leftovers for the rest of the week.
Exercise- Walking at lunch and getting off the bus one stop early tonight. And Day 15 of 21 Day Fix. The dreaded surrenders are part of tonight's exercise. Increased my step goal to 8000 this week.

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.
77 lbs lost and counting!
Losing the regain! I got this!
Its supposed to use your breath to power a mini wind turbine that will then generate enough power to charge a phone or power a small personal electronic device.
