I hope this link works here, if not let me know and I can send it in FB. The great thing is the recipe is very forgiving and adaptable. I use whatever mixed nuts I happen to have- usually some cashew, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, pecans....you name it. I only use 3 egg whites and I also add unsweetened coconut flakes. http://pin.it/sghJp0Q

How many calories the way you make it?

When I plugged it in to MFP awhile back it was around 120 for 12 servings.
