****xy Pain
I can affirm that it goes away. It got pretty bad for me for a bit, but its a very rare occurrence now. I did buy a ****yx pillow. I use it in my car cause long drives were a literal pain, but now I just like the feeling of sitting up high.

I did have a problem, but didn't realize that it went away until I saw the comments from other posters.

I am finding that I have more uncomfortable pain now that I have lost a lot of weight.
I find that I can't sleep on my side and I cannot sit on my bum for more then five minutes.
I find my sacroiliac joints have not quite adjusted to the weight loss.
I will take the pain. Love the weight loss.
A sacrifice worth making!

Omgo****hought I was making this up! A lot of times I will sit up in bed and work on my computer late at night, especially if I can't sleep and now I cant do that anymore. I also miss my long baths but it hurts too darn much. Thanks so much for making me feel better. Its funny but so many writing here are my surgery buddies so it just must be about that time, lol.
It gives new meaning to the expression "butt hurt"!!
