Good morning menu folks! We've made it to another Friday!

I am happy that it sounds like the rain will hold off long enough for me to get in a walk this morning. I really don't want to have to hit the treadmill unless I have to.

I went to my first yoga class yesterday at work. I came to the realisation that I have a very poor sense of balance and that I'm not very flexible in alot of areas of my body. Oh well, I enjoyed myself and plan to go back.

QOTD: I worked as a dispatcher for an alarm company and the boss was nuts. If he was upset, he would throw the nearest thing at you and scream. Not a good work situation...

Breakfast: Egg whites with LF Mexican cheese

Snack: Apple Ecstasy protein shake

Lunch: turkey

Snack: Greek yogurt with SF raspberry jam

Dinner: crab cake

Keep at the yoga, I have tried it and it just not for me. I am sure all that swimming you do will help iwth your flexibility, you got this girl!

QOTD: Probably the worst was working for a chauvinist boss who pretended he wasn't. Many issues with him, but one of the worse was that he would come to work luncheons and buy drinks for the young pretty girls and talk them into staying out with him for the afternoon. When my team was included, I had to make sure I got all my young women back to the office. I'd have to work with them on respecting themselves and gaining respect in the workplace and try to implicitly tell them to watch out for the big boss. That was when companies tolerated this s--t! Ultimately he was finally let go (don't know what for as I moved to a new job as soon as I possibly could). Thank goodness this behavior is completely unacceptable now!
