Good afternoon all. I got up this morning and decided to take my butt to the doctor, I have been fighting a sore throat since Saturday. The strep culture came back negative, but she felt that it was not viral because it has not gotten any better since Saturday ( actually it has gotten worse), so she put me on an antibiotic. Hopefully it will start getting better soon.
QOTD: Tin Man by Miranda Lambert. I love this song and heard it several times yesterday.
As of today I have lost as much my second month as I did my first month and I have two days yet to lose this month. Hoping the scale continues to move the next two days!

D - Sam's Chicken and Mozzarella meatballs (4), 3/4 med zucchini, 1/2 Cup Marinara sauce.
Calories - 526, Protein - 66, Carb - 22

I have no menu to today because I started with a real bad stomach virus last night and I have not been able to eat anything. I have only had about 5oz of Powerade Zero with no carbs for the electrolytes(that's all that I've been able to keep down). I'm hoping to maybe have some Progresso chicken stock since it has 10g of protein per serving.
Sorry if I don't seem myself today, I just feel like crap without a drop of energy.
