Oh my GOODNESS! We are actually one person!! Shape of You is my current MOST favorite song. I literally made my Guy sit and listen to it last night and was up and dancing like I was a diva the whole time. It is a super sexy and romantic song! Love love love

The beat to that song got me right from the beginning... then I saw a video and was hooked. I can now belt out ALL the words, and any car around me knows it... I'm sure they are less impressed than I am!

We are twins... but you're the skinny young one!

Whenever I creep up a couple of pounds it seems to happen overnight, but then takes 3-5 days (sometimes longer) to dissipate even when I'm doing everything right with my eating. But: it does come back down eventually. Learning these adjustments are the toughest part of maintenance IMHO.

You're so right! I have to talk myself down. In the past, if the scale didn't cooperate when I was on a diet, chances were that I'd start saying things to myself like "Well it doesn't matter if I eat this entire box of girl scout cookies... it's not like I'd lose 5 lbs if I didn't!"

I'm really trying to chance my thought process... acceptance and patience, that's what I'm practicing!

It's official. Chicken Soup with Rice has been replaced with the Little Shop of Horrors. I'm playing Prince in the earbuds, but it isn't sticking.

Hello Everyone,

I'm glad the job situation is working out well and that you can be fully relaxed when going on vacation!

I spoke yesterday about my anger/rage issues and they continue today but now I'm beginning to realize that I think I just accepted a lot of crap before I lost weight and now, being more comfortable and confident I'm just not wanting to put up with crap. At least that is playing a part in it. This is such an interesting and unique process. I think I'm learning more about myself now than I ever have. Guess I never really have felt feelings like this before.

QOTD: For what ever reason I've been singing "It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing" That may or may not refer the the fact that there are a few people in my administration right now that I wouldn't mind taking a swing at... haha... it's a joke really!

I think a lot of people have 'come out of their shells' so to speak around here after weight loss.

I know I have.... and funny thing is, I didn't even realize I had gone into a shell! I was never meek and mild before I became MO... but somewhere along the journey, I lost a big part of that.

It's back. And believe me, some people have probably noticed
