On my way home from work and just posting! Ugh. Work has just been so busy and the environment so stressful that I don't dare take time out to check here.
Qotd: Not too healthy. There are lots of treats, pot lucks and even junk food for sale. I am so far very good at staying away from it all.
I'm doing great with exercise. 3 days of walking at lunch and 9 days (10 once tonight's workout is done) of the 21 Day Fix.
