I never thought about a super low body fat could lead to things like keeping your organs in place. Dang!

I am not sure...maybe. I just know I am not about to suddenly try to gain weight. I worked too damn hard to get here and statistically speaking am still staring down the barrel of re-gain possibility. I just plan to really focus on getting in plenty of protein, weigh daily (like I already do) and watch to be sure I don't keep dropping.
Plus...I don't want to change sizes of clothes again! :)

Good Morning JB and Menu Family,
QOTD: I'm "retired" so I'm home all day long. That can be harder than being at a job because the food is always sitting there tempting me and I find myself looking at the clock to see if it's been long enough since I last ate and if I can eat again. Also my 23 - year old daughter lives with me and she has a lot of junk food in the house, which sits around and calls my name.
My sweet daughter, Saralisa, bought me some flowers for Mother's Day to go in my outdoor planters. Here are some pictures of them.
B: Prosciutto & mozzarella sticks
L: chili cheese dog
D: taco meat, cheese, sour cream, 1/2 flour tortilla
S: light n fit Greek yogurt

Happy, happy Wednesday. Had a wonderful day yesterday at the Japanese Garden. It was gorgeous, and the weather was perfect. I was able to test out the new camera I bought for Paris, and took a bunch of photos. It worked great.
The picture below is from yesterday.
Today I am taking Layla to the groomers (she hates it), picking up the key to the Paris apartment(!), and then picking up gift certificates from my brother's restaurant for a charity fundraiser I will likely have lunch there, so my menu is up in the air. I am hoping they have razor clams yum!
QOTD: No workplace, so no workplace temptations. Yippee!
2-1/2 years post op:
B: Egg Beaters, bacon and mozzarella omelette
S: Turkey ham
L: ??? Maybe a burger, sans bun, or razor clams!
S: Watermelon

Beautiful garden! Paris apartment key! New camera! Yay!
Glad you are bringing a decent camera. I gave mine 1/2 way decent one to my friend's niece and my very nice one to a friend to borrow and haven't gotten back. I'm just resigned to using the iPhone, and having you upload your pics to my Dropbox :)
