What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

Good morning everyone! I am dragging this morning and I am not sure why. I was tired all day yesterday and barely stayed awake until 8pm last night. And then I managed to sleep in until almost 5am this morning. What? Not arguing! I love sleep. Anyway, I decided to work from home today since all of my meetings are phone meetings :) I plan to keep my achilles elevated, in the splint, and on ice all day and hope that it does some serious healing today. I really miss moving and exercising. Who knew that I would ever feel that way!?
QOTD: Who is your favorite comic strip character? I totally identify with Lucy from the Peanuts. I just "get" her, LOL. Example:
Since I am staying home I haven't needed to pack up 5 out of 6 meals so I am a little unclear on the actual menu, today. But I am staying protein forward, and have turkey meatballs, roast beef, turkey breast, and HB eggs, so I'll eat some combo of that :)

Good morning Grimberry and everyone!
Glad after yesterday you are having a day at home, JB, so you can rest.
Snowed here on and off all day yesterday....going from snow to sleet to mixture of snow and rain then back to snow. Snow on the ground again this morning. I give up, lol. Just want to hibernate at this point. My husband and I ended up going out for a lunch/ dinner meal because he was so bored in the house. I had various chicken and some crab. Was up to 143.6 this morning.....salt maybe f on the Chinese?
QOTD: I don't really have one favorite comic strip but alway like Peanuts, Betty Boop and Marmaduke.
Today's menu is uncertain but will be protein forward.

I skipped the browning in the pan and just baked them... maybe don't hahha I'm sure the taste is fine, but they aren't super appetizing looking... kinda pale and pasty. I'll brown them in the pan to warm them for dinner.
