My weekend was ok, busy as usual. But I FINALLY got my mom's mother's day pattern drafted, and the material cut out...I just need to sew it all together now.

Today is my especially busy day, I work half a day, then I have class. Then my normal Mommy duties.

QOTD: I have a normal alarm clock. Alarm #1 is the radio, alarm #2 is the beeping.....And I have kids...sooo who needs an alarm?? HAHA

2 years 1 months since surgery

2 shakes before class planned

Dinner....uummm I will have lots to do after class, so something quick. Eggs maybe...I dont even know.

I also use my iphone! I have alarms set at 6:00, 6:15, 6:35 and 7:15 (my vitamin alarm). So yeah, I struggle to get out of bed sometimes.

Today starts "hell week" at work. Last two days of finals for students, then senior days, then Board of Trustees and then two commencements.

16 weeks post op / 168.4lbs this morning (say what?!). I'm so jazzed at my weight lately.

I already had my egg+ whites and my protein laced coffee

On my walk I bought a Lean Cuisine meatloaf entree. We'll see how that goes.

QOTD. I use music but my wife used one of the IPhone preset tones for the longest time and it would drive me bonkers mainly because she would always have it set even when she didn't need to get up. Then at work last week someone had the same sound as their ringtone and when I heard it I got instantly annoyed. Like a reverse Pavlov.

Hello Everyone,

I hope your travel goes smoothly JB and that your appointments work out well. That really stinks about your tendon! My husband is a runner and has had to deal with that a bit and I know it's rough.

I had nice weekend. Decided to try a pilates class on Saturday... oh my... I started feeling it in my muscles when I woke up on Sunday and it slowly developed to I believe every muscle I have except my arms. Oof!

We are heading to New Haven to find an apt for my daughter to stay in during her 6 month pharmacy internship. I tell you they really take advantage of students. The rents are insane and she really has no choice but to pay it.... which means we get to "help".

I'm not sure about my food today so I'll have to update it later. Certainly protein forward with at least 90g of protein and low carbs and around 700 calories.

FYI, there are some pretty amazing Taco Trucks by the water in New Haven! Enjoy the trip--I hope your daughter lands in a great spot.
