What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
I hear ya on the frustration! Your list is almost as long as mine for foods to avoid for gout. Let's let out... IT SUCKS!! I can have eggs but not seafood. I'm just trying to stay away room the biggest triggers but it's damn hard! This week I'm taking a short brake from tofu so I don't get burnt out on it.
Hang in there Daisy, I'm rooting for ya!

It is so hard Chris! I truly had got used to eating such high protein for all my meals and snacks and now its just boring. I have learned to love red meat, chicken turkey, bacon, yogurt and now they are all banned! Well we will do this together and get ourselves better!
Thanks for the support, I got your back too!
Good morning! Hope the driving isn't too bad today and all goes well with the heart rate monitor. Fingers crossed that your achilles feels better for Paris!

Any chance you love driving so much that you want to come and chauffeur me around 4-6 hours a day? Unpaid position, of course, but I'll let you control the radio!
It's funny you say that! I have always wanted to be chauffeur but I hate dressing up and do not want to wear a suit. If we could have that agreement then you got a deal! Do you listen to 102.1 Bax & O'Brien? When the weather is just right I can get decent signal here in CT.

Good morning! That is a lot of driving, safe travels JB. I REALLY enjoyed Guardians of the Galaxy 2 yesterday w/DS. I agree w/supershopper and Grim that it was darker than the first, but I loved it just the same. This weekend was so nice and relaxing and I enjoyed every minute of it. We had a fire going ALL weekend. There is nothing better than a cold, rainy morning, lots of blankets and coffee in front of a roaring fire (take me back!).
Back to reality today...I woke up to awesome scale news! 5 1/2 months and I've lost 90 pounds!!
b-coffee w/ heavy cream and splenda
b2-pepperoni
l-pepperoni/jerky
d-pulled pork
v/l -on track
e-lap swim
Have a great day ya'll!!
edit to add QOTD!
QOTD - I use my iphone and have a mellow song programmed as the alarm. I love it, but BF isn't too keen on my 3 snooze routine...
