Nothing Tastes as Good as Healthy Feels!
Good Morning everyone!
I had a great weekend, filled with sunshine, bike rides, and working in our pastures to get things cleaned up and ready for summer! Really enjoyed it all.
QOTD: Total IPhone alarm... and I have it set really low volume wise because since I got old, I don't seem to need much alarm sound to wake me up. Kinda strange stuff there.
Weight this morning 146.1 almost 1 year out
B: 4 oz of ribeye leftover from last nights dinner
L: 4 chicken wings leftover from this weekend
D: Eggfaces ricotta bake, but I'm adding ground beef and Italian sausage on top of it all, yummy! and probably zoodles because everyone in the house loves them
S: I brought celery and carrots up to work. I think it'll help me to munch on something when I get a yearning to chew. Also, my Fairlife milk latte this evening
E: Heading back to the gym today at lunch after being a lazy girl for the past 3 weeks!

Good morning all
JB, hope everything with the monitoring is minimal. Have you gotten a brace yet for resting the tendon??
QOTD: Jim has a terrible time waking so we have a sunrise lamp/alarm and a regular beeping alarm across the room. The sunlight alarm is chirping birds with an intermittent "coo-coo, coo-coo" repeated until he hits the snooze! Both alarms are "snoozed" for about a half hour. The things you do for love

Oh wow, my BFF has a hard time waking up, too. She has multiple alarms set all over the house so that she has to get out of bed to turn them off--but she still sleeps through them for hours at a time... I find it fascinating, because I wake up about 1 minute before my alarms goes off (between 4am - 5am) most days. I just can't relate.
